On the same floor as the B&B, two holiday homes of about 70 m²: double bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and private bathroom. You come and go on your own hours, with no hotel service and nobody passing through in the morning — the right formula for families and longer stays.
Each has its own page, with the photographs: the Arancio, with its concealed kitchen and the majolica set into the floor, and the Grigio, with the balcony facing Monte della Madonna and the Carrara marble bathroom.
One thing up front, because it is the real difference from the B&B: the apartments have no breakfast service. The kitchen is fully equipped and it is yours, so mornings are your own. Breakfast included belongs to the B&B del Corso rooms, on the same floor.

How it works, in practice
The things people ask before booking a holiday home, in order. The kitchen is fully equipped — oven, hob, fridge, crockery, coffee machine — and both have a washing machine, which after four days at the beach matters more than the view. Bed linen and towels are included; extra changes are charged separately. Wi-Fi and air conditioning in both. You are on the top floor, but the building has a lift.
The minimum stay is two nights. We cannot accept pets, and we write it here rather than let you find out later. There is no private parking: we are in the middle of the centre, and that is the price of having the sea two minutes away and the station one — if you arrive by train the problem does not exist. FAQ about Home del Corso
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, in both holiday homes. It is the question we get most often from people staying a week or more, and it is also why many choose the home over a room.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights. For weekly or monthly stays the rate is agreed on length and season: the longer you stay, the less the night costs.
Can we bring pets?
No, we cannot accept pets in the apartments. We would rather write it here than let you discover it after booking.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, they are there when you arrive. Extra changes during your stay are charged separately and agreed together, depending on how long you are staying.
Is there parking?
No, we have no private parking: we are in the middle of the centre, on the corso. That is the trade for having the sea two minutes away on foot and the station one. If you arrive by train the problem does not exist; if you drive, we tell you where it is worth stopping — in August that is the most valuable piece of information we have.
Is breakfast served in the apartments?
No: Home del Corso is two independent apartments, with a fully equipped kitchen and no breakfast service. Mornings are your own — which is rather the point of taking an apartment instead of a room. Breakfast included applies only to the B&B del Corso rooms, on the same floor: if you want it, that is the formula to book.
What are the check-in and check-out times at Home del Corso?
The same as B&B del Corso: check-in from 11:00, check-out by 10:30. Keys are handed over in person and can be arranged late in the evening — just message us on WhatsApp. You can leave your luggage with us after check-out if the afternoon is still yours.

What changes if you book directly.
This isn't a polite formula. Book here and you're talking to the people who will welcome you — and we can decide things without asking anyone's permission.
- The best rate we can do
- With no intermediation the margin stays in the house, and we can use it for you. If you've seen better elsewhere, write to us before booking: we almost always find a way.
- You talk to us
- No call centre: we answer on WhatsApp ourselves, before, during and after. Real opening times, real advice, and where the parking actually is.
- Priority on services
- The boat and the e-bikes have limited places: guests who book directly choose their dates first.
- Flexibility
- A late arrival, a later check-out, an extra cot: if we can, we will. You just ask us, directly.
- The third night
- Two days cover the town, but leave out the Nebrodi — the half nobody expects. If you're staying an extra night, ask us when you book: we do a different price for guests who book here.
The reason is simple: when you book here there is nobody in between. What we save on intermediation comes back to you as rate and as freedom to move — a late arrival, an extra night, a last-minute request.
