We are a family-run bed and breakfast. Four rooms on the top floor of a historic building in the centre, each with its own colour, its majolica and its bathroom: the Blu with sea views, the Rossa, the Gialla, and the Verde — the quad, a small suite with two bedrooms. Breakfast included, plus a shared kitchen for guests.

The photographs, room by room
The gallery above has the real photographs of everything: each of the four rooms in two shots, the four majolica bathrooms — blue, ochre, burgundy, sage — the shared living room with its original cement tiles and the table laid, the kitchen guests can use, the rooftop and the boat. No renders and no stock photography: these are the rooms as they are, shot here. The two terrace images are the only retouched ones, and we say so. If you're looking for a particular room or a detail you can't find — the wardrobe, the view from a window, the hairdryer — ask us on WhatsApp and we'll send it. Guesthouse, B&B or apartment: what we are
The words overlap, and it's worth being clear, because anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Capo d'Orlando finds all sorts. We are two things on the same floor: a bed and breakfast of four rooms with breakfast included and a shared kitchen — CIR 19083009C100879 — and two self-contained apartments with their own kitchen, which we call Home del Corso on this site and which are officially registered as Casa del Corso — CIR 19083009B421529. We are not a hotel: there is no round-the-clock reception and we do not offer half board or full board. What there is: breakfast, a real kitchen you can use, and someone who answers the phone in person.
The living room, and where breakfast happens
This is the room that holds the rest together, and it isn't a corridor with two chairs: a shared living room with the big table laid, a second round table, the sofa, the white sideboard and, framed on the wall above it, postcards of Sicily, under two crystal chandeliers. The floor changes underfoot — patterned cement tiles in the dining half, parquet in the sitting half — a detail of the old building rather than a decorator's idea. Breakfast is served here, sitting down, or on the rooftop upstairs when the season allows. The rooftop

Why it works as a base
A position on the corso two steps from the town beach, and a breakfast that adapts to the real timetable of your holiday: whoever catches the first run from Milazzo or drives up to the Nebrodi at dawn leaves with breakfast done.

What are the check-in and check-out times at B&B del Corso?
Check-in is from 11:00 and check-out is by 10:30. Late arrivals are fine: we live here, there is no reception desk that closes. If a train or a ferry gets you in at an odd hour, message us on WhatsApp and we will wait for you. You can also leave your luggage with us after check-out if the afternoon is still yours.

In the shared living room, sitting at the big table or the round one — the room with the patterned cement tiles, the sideboard and the postcards of Sicily on the wall — or on the rooftop upstairs when the season allows. For anyone leaving at dawn for the islands or the Nebrodi, breakfast is brought forward: just say so the evening before.
Can guests use the kitchen?
Yes. The kitchen opens onto the shared living room, with an island, an induction hob and an oven, and it is there for B&B guests to use. Anyone who wants a kitchen of their own rather than a shared one has the two Home del Corso apartments on the same floor.
Does B&B del Corso offer half board or full board?
No. Breakfast is included and there is a shared kitchen guests can use, but we don't serve lunch or dinner. We are in the centre, on the corso: restaurants, delis and pizzerias are a few minutes' walk away, and we hand over our own list of addresses in person.
Can you find last-minute rooms in Capo d'Orlando?
It depends on the season. In August and on July weekends you should book weeks ahead; from September to June there is often space even for the next day. Live availability and current rates are on the booking engine, and for genuine last minute the quickest route is WhatsApp.
What's the difference between B&B del Corso and Home del Corso?
They are on the same floor of the same building, at Via Francesco Crispi 39. B&B del Corso is four rooms with breakfast included and a shared kitchen. Home del Corso — registered as Casa del Corso — is two self-contained apartments of about 70 m² with their own kitchen and a sofa bed, suited to families and longer stays. The rooftop and the boat are available to guests of both.

This isn't a polite formula. Book here and you're talking to the people who will welcome you — and we can decide things without asking anyone's permission.

- With no intermediation the margin stays in the house, and we can use it for you. If you've seen better elsewhere, write to us before booking: we almost always find a way.
- You talk to us
- No call centre: we answer on WhatsApp ourselves, before, during and after. Real opening times, real advice, and where the parking actually is.
- Priority on services
- The boat and the e-bikes have limited places: guests who book directly choose their dates first.
- Flexibility
- A late arrival, a later check-out, an extra cot: if we can, we will. You just ask us, directly.
- The third night
- Two days cover the town, but leave out the Nebrodi — the half nobody expects. If you're staying an extra night, ask us when you book: we do a different price for guests who book here.
The reason is simple: when you book here there is nobody in between. What we save on intermediation comes back to you as rate and as freedom to move — a late arrival, an extra night, a last-minute request.
