What it's like
A double bed with a white cane headboard, and on the bedside tables the blue ceramic pine-cone lamps you'll find throughout the house. On the wall, a panel of Sicilian majolica in triangles with a sun at the centre, and a little white ceramic cherub above the bed. The ceilings are the high ones of the old building, the floor is pale parquet. There's a crystal chandelier, an armchair by the window and a pouffe.
What's in it
Air conditioning, a wall-mounted television, a safe and a minibar in the alcove beside the wardrobe, which is closed by a matching curtain and has a full-length mirror on the door leaf. A shelf-desk takes suitcases, or a laptop.
The bathroom
Private and inside the room, tiled to half height in glossy blue majolica: wall-hung basin, bidet, heated towel rail, a white-framed mirror and a rain shower behind glass. Towels and toiletries included.
Where it looks out, and what's around

Does the Blue Room have a private bathroom?
Yes, inside the room: blue majolica, basin, bidet, heated towel rail and a rain shower. No bathroom is shared at B&B del Corso — each of the four rooms has its own.
How many people sleep in the Blue Room?
It's a double, so two. For a third person or a family there's the Green Room, the quad with two connecting spaces, and the two Home del Corso apartments on the same floor.
Is there air conditioning in the Blue Room?
Yes, plus a television, a safe and a minibar in the alcove beside the wardrobe. There's heating in winter.

What changes if you book directly.
This isn't a polite formula. Book here and you're talking to the people who will welcome you — and we can decide things without asking anyone's permission.
- The best rate we can do
- With no intermediation the margin stays in the house, and we can use it for you. If you've seen better elsewhere, write to us before booking: we almost always find a way.
- You talk to us
- No call centre: we answer on WhatsApp ourselves, before, during and after. Real opening times, real advice, and where the parking actually is.
- Priority on services
- The boat and the e-bikes have limited places: guests who book directly choose their dates first.
- Flexibility
- A late arrival, a later check-out, an extra cot: if we can, we will. You just ask us, directly.
- The third night
- Two days cover the town, but leave out the Nebrodi — the half nobody expects. If you're staying an extra night, ask us when you book: we do a different price for guests who book here.
The reason is simple: when you book here there is nobody in between. What we save on intermediation comes back to you as rate and as freedom to move — a late arrival, an extra night, a last-minute request.
